Class Description
Where do you start? That’s a question I’m often asked. This class is the answer! It’s a great introduction to the basic lifts but will include both machine exercises and appropriate free-weights allowing you to achieve long-term gains in muscular size and strength. But these classes aren’t just for complete beginners they’re also a great place to start for anyone who has taken an extended leave of absence from training.
